本案在平面布局、空间动向、色调材质、功能分区、以及储存利用上，采用现代新中式风格结合人文住宅方式来呈现，改变传统别墅设计理念，既不缺时尚，也不失美观大气。

In terms of layout, spatial trends, color and material, functional zoning, and storage utilization, this case adopts a modern new Chinese style combined with humanistic residential methods to present, changing the traditional villa design concept, which is not only fashionable but also aesthetically pleasing.

在客厅设计上，突出社交空间理念，打破常用空间隔断，增强家人互动性和促进家人情感升温。

In the design of the living room, highlight the concept of social space, break through commonly used space partitions, enhance family interaction, and promote family emotional warming.

卫生间干湿分离，保证基本需求。洗手台则是做嵌入式柜子进行收纳利用。

Wet and dry separation in the bathroom ensures basic needs. The sink is designed as an embedded cabinet for storage and utilization.

模型空间也是更直接表达出方案效果，做到需求满足，方案对同。
